In a sign of the changes in our Sexy Futures world, I've decided to move most of our content to Anne of Carversville. Our readers have been amazingly tolerant of my continued pushing of the envelope over there. And fashion editorial gets sexier by the month.

We're not taking any articles out of Sexy Futures but are only leaving excerpts, so as not to antagonize Google for double posting. It's a heck of a lot of work, but the right decision.

My audience at Anne of Carversville is international but also strongly male. Our stats could be as high as 70% male in many channels. I see this as a unique opportunity for a modern, sexy, smart woman to discuss female topics in a world of receptive men.

We'll keep you posted, but Anne of Carversville is changing dramatically, including having every article posted on AnneofCarversville.com excerpted in our new daily news blog. Sorry for the chaos, but the move will be worth it. Anne

The Rihanna Jan. 2010 cover following Nicole Kidman's looks like a tight formula for how to produce a magazine cover. Let's hope the content doesn't blur together with equal banality.

Coincidentally, I've been reading about matriarchies and Amazonian women over at Anne of Carversville.

It seems certain that the Tiger Woods scandal will impact women's fashion magazine editorial -- as the ultimate sexual power statement about men who deserve it all.

Do we see even more warrior princesses coming in fashion?

Until now my summer focus has been African dictators and the flogging of women. This Tiger twist must percolate in my brain, but we will see it dramaticized in fashion -- perhaps Italian or French Vogue and the high-end fashion press.

Not to worry, guys. Glamour won't be taking up the issue with any John and Lorena Bobbitt recreations. That might get too close to home. Anne
